Many developments now include homes with living accommodation over three floors. The additional space provided gives you more flexibility, allowing you to customize it to your needs – perhaps to have a playroom, guest suite, home office, gym or home cinema room.

Each project is carefully planned both to meet your needs and to integrate into the existing location. We will often use local materials and reflect local features. Trees are retained wherever possible and new landscaping added, along with footpaths and cycleways in many cases to help create a pleasant place to live.

Nice Design Construction will NOT build outside the conditions set down by local building laws or councils regulations. All parts of a build will require the approval of all or any governing body in the area of your planed home or renovation. Prevention of possible building issues is key to our success in a job well done.
